An Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR) is a report achieved after fixed wire testing is performed to evaluate the general condition of the electrical systems in a building. It is done using a mixture of electrical testing and inspections.

Commercial businesses with lower-risk environments need an EICR, also known as a periodic testing report, every five years. That being the lowest frequency interval.
